    Do you use the facilities at Tusmore Park? Then we want to hear from you.

    Council is proposing to upgrade some of the paths within Tusmore Park to improve pedestrian access, particularly for the mobility impaired as well as families, along high traffic areas. The upgrade will also reduce maintenance issues caused from fine gravel entering the toddler wading pool. We want to know which paths you would like upgraded and the type of surface you prefer.

    You can provide feedback from Monday 21 October to 5 pm Monday 18 November 2013.

    Council has allocated funds for a children's play space to be installed in the fenced area outside the community centre, next to Adelina’s Café. You are invited to assist Council in developing a concept plan for the new play space. As the area is relatively small, Council is looking for innovative ideas on how to effectively use  the space. The play space will be publicly available and cater for children up to five years visiting the centre.

    Council has a vision for Glenunga Reserve as being a key ‘community hub’ where people of all ages can gather to experience a range of high class sport, recreation and community activities.

    At the 14 May 2013 Council meeting, the visionary draft Glenunga Reserve Master Plan was endorsed to proceed to further Community Consultation. After receiving significant positive feedback from the initial city-wide community consultation, a cost effective proposal has been produced that better reflects the needs of our community.
