Consultation has concluded
City of Burnside residents are surveyed each year to check their satisfaction with Council's performance and services.
The survey helps Council to identify which of its services or activities need improvement, and the importance that residents place on those services.
The Annual Community Survey is the community's chance to give Council feedback so that we can keep improving, and is one of the many tools that Council uses to enhance community input into the planning of council business and future years' annual budgets.
This input from our community contributes to the development of the Annual Business Plan and Budget and is vital to ensure that Council continues to deliver the high quality services that our community needs; working within the goals of the Long-Term Financial Plan.
Independent market research company newfocus has been engaged to conduct the 2024 survey. The survey will involve telephone interviews with 800 randomly selected City of Burnside residents and an online survey open to all residents.
The survey is conducted in a cycle of a biennial trend data survey, and a strategic survey for each intervening year. You can view past survey's online atburnside.sa.gov.au
The online survey is now open until 5 pm Monday 25 November 2024. You can also have your say, even if you don't receive a call.
