Every year, City of Burnside residents get the chance to tell us how we are doing and what matters to them. Your feedback helps shape the services and projects that matter most to you.

The Annual Community Survey is your opportunity to share what you love, what needs improvement, and what is most important for the future. Your input this year will guide planning for the long term with questions that will help us to create a future:

• Local Housing Strategy;
• Strategic Community Plan;
• Good Neighbour Parking campaign;
• revised City Master Plan; and
• Code Amendments.

Independent research company newfocus is running the 2025 survey. Here’s how you can take part:

✅ Telephone interviews with 800 randomly selected residents

✅ Online survey open to everyone – so even if you don’t get a call, you can still have your say!

The survey runs on a cycle: one year we track trends, the next we dive into strategy. Curious about past results? Check them out at burnside.sa.gov.au.
