Consultation has concluded
The City of Burnside proposes to undertake footpath replacement works between July 2014 and June 2015. The existing footpath will be replaced with new concrete pavers.
Please contact us if you are considering a new or changed driveway or if you have any enquiries or comments.
Proposed work
Footpath replacement works proposed will involve the removal and replacement of the existing footpath/verge area with a new 1550mm wide brick paved footpath. The pavers are rectangular shaped in a claret colour.

The Resident Information Guide will provide more detail on how footpaths are installed. This Guide can be found in the Document Library.
Your existing gravel or hot mix driveway footpath crossing will also be replaced. If you are considering a new or significantly changed driveway to coincide with these works or a new property stormwater pipe, an approval from Council is required and Section 221 application form can be obtained from the Document Library, www.burnside.sa.gov.au or from the Council offices.
To assist with these works please cut back any vegetation on your property overhanging the boundary before any construction starts.
