We are excited to bring you the first Burnside Highlights of 2022, and there's already lots to celebrate!

Summary:
✅ Kensington Wama/Kensington Gardens Reserve redevelopment project opens
✅ 78 new citizens from 24 countries welcomed on Australia Day, with Burnside Citizen of the Year Awards given to Amber Brock-Fabel, Linda Crutchett, Lions Club of Glenside and Des Munro
✅ Over $1m of federal funding for multiple projects including the redevelopment of the Penfold Park Playground and renovation of the Dulwich Community Centre
✅ Lions Club of Burnside new shed extension opening on Saturday 5 February.
