The proposed sale of Delbridge Court Reserve, Beaumont
Council has received a request from the owner of 6 Evelyn Court, Beaumont, to purchase Delbridge Court Reserve.
The Reserve is 5m² and is 50m long by 10cm wide and borders the whole of the rear boundary of 6 Evelyn Court, Beaumont.
The Reserve is encumbered by an SA Water service easement for sewerage purposes. The easement will continue with any sale of this land.
As this portion of land is classified as community land, the Community Land Classification of this land needs to be changed (or ‘revoked’) before any sale can occur. The revocation process requires that Council must consult with the community.
