The City of Burnside values and embraces diversity and is committed to working with its valued residents to build and strengthen its community to ensure people of all abilities are welcome and feel included, especially those who have greater barriers facing them, particularly disability.

To support this, Council is currently redeveloping its Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2025-29 that will support its work towards creating a more accessible and inclusive organisation and community in line with the State Disability Inclusion Plan.

It is important to gather feedback about your experiences in accessing Council services or facilities, to help inform the new Plan. This feedback will assist us to improve services and facilities and identify any barriers to access and inclusion.
