Every year, City of Burnside residents and businesses get the chance to tell us how we are doing and what matters to them. Your feedback helps shape the services and projects that matter most to you.

The Annual Community Survey is your opportunity to share what you love, what needs improvement, and what is most important for the future. Your input will guide planning for the long term.

Independent research company newfocus is running the 2026 survey. Here’s how you can take part:

✅ Telephone interviews with 800 randomly selected residents

✅ Online survey open to everyone – so even if you don’t get a call, you can still have your say!
